Google Launches iOS ‘MyGlass’ App For Google Glass

MyGlass iOS
Google has today launched a new companion app for Google Glass wearers who want to integrate the new wearable technology with their iOS device. The app, available free of charge now on the iOS App Store, allows the mirroring or ‘screencasting’ of the Glass display to the iPhone. The app also contains functionality to allow users to set up their Glass device, to get directions, and to add contacts and extra Glassware apps to their device.

You can, of course, download the app free of charge but the Google Glass devices themselves require a $1,500 investment from the user subject to invitation from Google. The app itself parallels the MyGlass App that was launched by Google for Android users earlier this year.
