Following on from the news yesterday that the upcoming iOS 6 operating system can scale to include another row of app icons (six rather than five), some third party case manufacturers have already jumped on the bandwagon with some realistic renders of the new device. A new set of cases spotted on Alibaba shows the new iPhone 5 in some ever more convincing renders, and this time with an extra row of apps in the larger screen. The pictures certainly look like renders but have been artfully manipulated to show the extra row of apps.
Weirdly, the images of the cases that have posted show a hole for the dock connector that is skewed off to the right side of the device, despite the fact that the rest of the device seems to be anatomically correct, with the rumored repositioning of the headphone port down to the bottom of the device.
